Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Core Banking & Fintech,

Job Description: As a Senior Product Manager with deep FinTech experience in traditional and process-oriented banking environments, you will apply core banking and fintech product management expertise — overseeing product roadmap, stakeholder alignment, and delivery coordination for a banking or fintech technology implementation in a UAE or GCC market context.

Responsibilities:

• Apply deep FinTech experience in traditional, process-oriented banking to senior product management
• Oversee product roadmap, stakeholder alignment, and delivery coordination for core banking implementation
• Define and govern the product strategy for banking and fintech technology implementation
• Lead cross-functional product delivery — Engineering, Compliance, Banking Operations, and Commercial teams
• Conduct product discovery — banking customer research, regulatory analysis, and competitive intelligence
• Coordinate with engineering teams on implementation in a banking or FinTech environment
• Define product success metrics and track performance through analytics and banking client feedback
• Monitor UAE and global core banking, fintech technology, and open banking developments for product strategy

Qualifications Needed:

• Deep FinTech experience in traditional, process-oriented banking environments — required
• Proven Senior Product Manager experience with core banking or fintech product management background
• Strong product roadmap ownership, engineering coordination, and banking process implementation skills
• Minimum 7+ years of product management experience in fintech, banking, or digital financial services — preferred
• Excellent product strategy communication and senior banking stakeholder management skills
• GCC or global core banking or fintech technology senior product management experience strongly preferred
