Job Title: Product Manager

Job Description: As a Product Manager for New Ventures at a leading regional consumer commerce platform, you will apply strong understanding of Agile product management and a solid grasp of how empowered product teams operate — with at least 5 years of product management experience — to define and deliver new business venture products across one of the Middle East’s most innovative digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Apply strong understanding of Agile product management and empowered product team operating models
• Define and deliver new business venture products across a leading regional consumer commerce platform
• Lead product discovery, roadmap definition, and cross-functional delivery for new venture product lines
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence for new venture product opportunities
• Write clear, structured product specs — PRDs and user stories — that engineering teams can build from
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Commercial teams on new venture product delivery
• Define product success metrics and track performance through analytics and user feedback
• Monitor regional digital commerce, fintech, and consumer technology market developments for new venture insights

Qualifications Needed:

• At least 5 years of product management experience — required for this New Ventures Product Manager role
• Strong understanding of Agile product management and how empowered product teams operate — required
• Proven track record defining and delivering new product ventures at a digital commerce or fintech company
• Strong product discovery, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills for new venture mandates
• Excellent written and verbal communication for product spec writing and executive stakeholder engagement
• UAE or GCC digital commerce or fintech product management experience strongly preferred
