Job Title: AI Product Manager – Stablecoin / Digital Finance

Job Description: As an AI Product Manager at the pioneering global digital finance and stablecoin company, you will own AI product strategy and delivery — applying strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, prior exposure to vendor management or strategic partnerships, and strong analytical and communication skills to lead AI product development for a globally pioneering digital finance organization building Tether AI and education products.

Responsibilities:

• Own AI product strategy and delivery for a globally pioneering digital finance and stablecoin organization
• Apply strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills to AI product vendor management and partnerships
• Lead AI product discovery, roadmap definition, and cross-functional delivery for AI-powered digital finance products
• Manage vendor relationships and strategic partnerships supporting AI product development
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Commercial teams on AI product delivery
• Define AI product success metrics and track performance through analytics and user feedback
• Communicate AI product vision, roadmap, and progress to senior leadership and global team
• Monitor global AI and blockchain market developments affecting the digital finance product strategy

Qualifications Needed:

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills — required
• Prior exposure to vendor management or strategic partnerships — required
• Proven AI Product Manager experience with digital finance, blockchain, or fintech product background
• Strong analytical and communication skills for global remote team product leadership
• Understanding of stablecoin, digital assets, and AI product development preferred
• Self-directed, high-ownership approach appropriate for a globally distributed 100% remote team
