Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Job Description: As a Senior Product Manager for AI Transformation at a globally established cryptocurrency exchange, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of AI-powered product features and improvements — analyzing market trends and customer feedback to continuously enhance product offerings at the intersection of AI and crypto exchange operations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely delivery of AI-powered product features and improvements across the crypto exchange platform
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously enhance product offerings at the AI and crypto intersection
• Lead end-to-end AI product development — from discovery through specification, engineering delivery, and launch
• Define the AI Transformation product roadmap — balancing user needs, regulatory requirements, and commercial goals
• Partner closely with Data Science, Engineering, Compliance, and Marketing teams on AI product delivery
• Conduct product discovery and competitive research to identify high-impact AI transformation opportunities
• Define product success metrics for AI features and track performance through analytics and user feedback
• Communicate AI product strategy and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant Senior Product Manager experience in AI product development — crypto, fintech, neo-bank, or multi-asset broker preferred
• Proven track record ensuring timely delivery of AI product features and driving continuous product improvement
• Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in crypto exchange, financial services, and digital asset platforms
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Data Science, Engineering, and Compliance teams
• Deep analytical and product management skills for AI transformation product leadership
