Job Title: Senior Product Designer – Digital Banking

Job Description: As a Senior Product Designer at a digital banking platform, you will be at the forefront of designing digital experiences that resonate with users — creating intuitive, beautiful, and user-centric banking interfaces that transform how customers interact with digital financial services. This is a high-impact design leadership role at the intersection of banking, technology, and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Be at the forefront of designing digital experiences that resonate with users across digital banking platforms
• Create intuitive, beautiful, and user-centric banking interfaces that transform customer digital financial experiences
• Own product design end-to-end — from UX research through information architecture, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI
• Conduct user research with digital banking customers to identify product opportunities and design improvements
• Build and maintain the banking platform’s design system for consistent, high-quality financial product UX
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for engineering implementation
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Banking Operations on feature delivery and design quality
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team standards and culture

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Senior Product Designer experience with strong digital banking, fintech, or financial services UX portfolio
• Deep expertise in end-to-end product design — UX research, information architecture, interaction design, and UI production
• Proficiency in Figma and design system management for digital banking applications
• Strong understanding of banking product flows, digital onboarding, and financial UX best practices
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional product team engagement
• Arabic and English language skills preferred for UAE digital banking user research and team engagement
