Job Title: Product Designer – BNPL / Financial Super-App

Job Description: As a Product Designer at the leading fintech platform in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region — whose mission is to help people own their dreams by building the most customer-centric financial super-app in the region — you will transform the way millions shop and bank. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric financial solutions, making dreams accessible through intuitive, beautiful design across BNPL, payments, and digital banking products serving millions of users across KSA, UAE, and Kuwait.

Responsibilities:

• Transform the way millions shop and bank through user-centric financial product design
• Collaborate with cross-functional product, engineering, and data teams to create financial solutions that make dreams come true
• Own product design end-to-end — from UX research and information architecture through interaction design and high-fidelity UI production
• Conduct user research with BNPL and financial super-app users across KSA, UAE, and Kuwait markets
• Build and maintain the platform’s design system for consistent, high-quality financial product UX
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for engineering implementation
• Contribute to the design vision of the most customer-centric financial super-app in the region
• Shape how millions experience fintech across the region through thoughtful, impactful design decisions

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven product design experience with strong fintech, BNPL, or consumer financial application UX/UI portfolio
• Genuine interest in fintech and the people who build it — required for cultural alignment
• End-to-end product design expertise from UX research through interaction design and high-fidelity UI
• Experience designing for Arabic and English bilingual digital financial products preferred
• Proficiency in Figma and design system management for consumer fintech applications
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for Saudi and GCC market design research
