Job Title: Senior Finance Manager – Investment & Asset Management

Job Description: As a Senior Finance Manager at an investment and asset management company in Kuwait, you will be responsible for leading the financial management, reporting, and compliance functions — applying deep investment and asset management finance expertise to a senior financial leadership role at a major Kuwait financial institution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial management, reporting, and compliance for a Kuwait investment and asset management company
• Oversee financial operations, investment accounting, and regulatory financial reporting for Kuwait-regulated entities
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, management accounts, and investment performance reporting
• Manage relationships with external auditors, regulators, and banking partners across the Kuwait financial market
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait CBK regulatory requirements and applicable financial reporting standards
• Support investment decision-making through financial modelling, due diligence, and analytical advisory
• Partner with Investment, Operations, and Compliance teams on financial governance and performance tracking
• Produce strategic financial recommendations for senior leadership and Board

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Senior Finance Manager experience in investment or asset management in Kuwait or GCC
• Deep expertise in investment accounting, IFRS financial reporting, and Kuwait CBK regulatory compliance
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and executive communication skills
• ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification required
• Arabic language skills essential for Kuwait investment and asset management client engagement
• Kuwait or GCC investment finance experience strongly preferred
