Job Title: Fund Finance Manager – Renewable Energy & Infrastructure

Job Description: As a Fund Finance Manager for a renewable energy and infrastructure fund, you will be responsible for overseeing all fund finance operations — integrating project-level financial models into fund models, applying strong understanding of fund structures, LPA terms, and private fund economics to deliver accurate, compliant fund financial management for a clean energy and infrastructure investment platform.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all fund finance operations for a renewable energy and infrastructure investment fund
• Integrate project-level financial models into fund models ensuring consistency across all financial projections
• Apply strong understanding of fund structures, LPA terms, and private fund economics to fund finance management
• Monitor and ensure availability of funds for cash flow requirements across renewable energy projects
• Prepare fund financial statements, investor reporting, and LP capital account management
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel on fund compliance and reporting
• Ensure fund finance operations meet applicable UAE and international regulatory standards
• Produce fund performance reporting, investor communications, and financial analytics for leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Fund Finance Manager experience with strong understanding of fund structures, LPA terms, and private fund economics
• Experience integrating project-level financial models into fund models for infrastructure or renewable energy funds
• Minimum 2 years of taxation, audit, finance, and accounting work experience in fund or financial services
• Strong financial modelling, fund accounting, and investor reporting skills
• ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• UAE or GCC infrastructure or energy fund finance experience preferred
