Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager – IT Services Sales

Job Description: As a Senior Business Development Manager for IT Services Sales at a globally established technology consulting and digital transformation company, you will be responsible for driving enterprise IT services sales — targeting banking, financial services, fintech, and enterprise clients requiring digital transformation, software development, and technology consulting services across the UAE and MENA market. A background in a digital consultancy, implementation partner, systems integrator, or agency environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Drive enterprise IT services sales for banking, financial services, fintech, and enterprise clients across UAE and MENA
• Background in a digital consultancy, implementation partner, systems integrator, or agency environment — strongly preferred
• Build and manage a high-value pipeline of IT services and digital transformation prospects
• Present technology consulting, software development, and digital transformation capabilities to CIO and CTO decision-makers
• Lead the full enterprise IT services sales cycle from prospecting through commercial negotiation and close
• Develop and execute regional sales strategy for IT services and digital transformation across UAE and MENA
• Monitor UAE and MENA enterprise technology and digital transformation market developments
• Represent the organization at UAE and MENA fintech, banking technology, and enterprise IT industry events

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Senior BDM experience in IT services sales — digital consultancy, implementation partner, or systems integrator background strongly preferred
• Track record of enterprise IT services sales to banking, financial services, and fintech clients in UAE or MENA
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and senior technology decision-maker stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of UAE enterprise technology market dynamics and digital transformation trends
• Excellent pipeline development and client acquisition skills for complex enterprise IT services sales
