Job Title: Business Development Opportunities – Insurance Sales (Executive to Manager Level, Marsh)

Job Description: As a Business Development professional at a globally leading insurance broker and risk advisor — a business of Marsh, a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people, investments, and management consulting advising clients in 130 countries with annual revenue over $27 billion — you will join Marsh’s growing UAE sales teams as an experienced business development professional at executive to manager level, driving new insurance sales and client acquisition across corporate and financial services markets.

Responsibilities:

• Drive new insurance sales and client acquisition as part of Marsh’s growing UAE sales teams
• Apply experienced business development expertise at executive to manager level in UAE insurance markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, financial services, and institutional insurance clients
• Present Marsh’s comprehensive insurance and risk advisory solutions across multiple client segments
• Develop and execute commercial strategies driving new business acquisition and portfolio growth
• Coordinate with insurance specialists, claims advisors, and risk consultants on client solution delivery
• Monitor UAE and MENA insurance market developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape
• Achieve quarterly and annual commercial targets for new insurance business acquisition

Qualifications Needed:

• Experienced business development professional in insurance sales at executive to senior executive level
• Strong track record of new client acquisition and commercial growth in UAE insurance markets
• Deep understanding of UAE insurance regulatory environment and corporate insurance product landscape
• Excellent commercial, relationship-building, and senior stakeholder engagement skills
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE and MENA client engagement
• UAE insurance market network and experience strongly preferred
