Job Description: As a Business Development Manager for International Ventures at a globally connected executive search and employment services firm, you will identify and develop new revenue opportunities through strategic networking, partnerships, and market intelligence — focusing on expansion, not cold calling. This is a relationship-driven commercial role building international venture partnerships for a globally connected recruitment and professional services organization.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities through strategic networking, partnerships, and market intelligence
• Focus on expansion through relationship-driven business development — not cold calling
• Build and manage strategic international venture partnerships across target markets and sectors
• Present professional services and business development solutions to senior decision-makers
• Develop and execute international business development strategies targeting new market opportunities
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify high-value international venture opportunities
• Represent the organization at international business development, fintech, and professional services events
• Achieve commercial targets for international venture partnership revenue and market expansion

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Business Development Manager experience with international ventures and strategic partnership focus
• Strong strategic networking, relationship development, and market intelligence skills
• Understanding of UAE and international professional services, fintech, and business development market dynamics
• Excellent commercial communication and senior stakeholder management skills for international ventures
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE and MENA international business development engagement
