Job Title: Senior Associate – Credit Analyst

Job Description: The company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Credit Analyst to lead the credit team, enhance credit risk management capabilities, drive portfolio insights, and develop credit strategy and policy frameworks while safeguarding credit portfolio quality and identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the credit team to enhance credit risk management capabilities
• Analyze applicants’ financial information, credit history, and other relevant data to assess creditworthiness
• Conduct sophisticated credit analytics to drive actionable portfolio insights
• Develop credit strategy and policy frameworks aligned with business objectives
• Ensure adherence to company credit policies (Policy Compliance)
• Safeguard credit portfolio quality while identifying growth opportunities
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer financial needs and requirements
• Prepare regular credit risk reports and portfolio performance analysis for management

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven experience in credit analysis, preferably in a fintech or banking environment
• Strong financial analytical skills with ability to assess complex data and creditworthiness
• Experience developing credit policy frameworks and credit risk management strategies
• Team leadership experience with ability to manage or mentor a credit analyst team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with credit risk models and loan origination processes
