Job Title: Senior Associate – Compliance Solutions

Job Description: Seeking a Senior Associate for Compliance Solutions in Dubai. The role drafts and executes compliance monitoring and testing programmes and performs desk-based reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements — supporting financial institutions and regulated investment managers.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and execute compliance monitoring and testing programmes for Waystone’s financial services and fintech clients
• Perform desk-based compliance reviews to ensure client compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
• Support financial institutions, regulated investment managers, and fintech firms with compliance solutions and advisory
• Conduct compliance gap analyses, policy reviews, and regulatory readiness assessments for client organizations
• Prepare clear, well-structured compliance reports and findings documentation for client delivery
• Stay current on UAE and international regulatory developments affecting financial services and fintech compliance
• Support senior compliance professionals on complex client compliance projects and regulatory submissions
• Build and maintain client relationships through professional compliance advisory and support services

Qualifications Needed:

• Relevant compliance experience with ability to draft and execute compliance monitoring and testing programmes
• Background in financial services, fintech, or regulated investment management compliance preferred
• Experience performing compliance desk-based reviews and gap analyses
• Excellent written and verbal communication for compliance report preparation and client engagement
• Understanding of UAE and international financial services regulatory frameworks
• Relevant compliance qualifications (ICA, CAMS, or equivalent) preferred
