Job Title: Compliance Executive

Job Description: As a Compliance Executive at VP level serving as CO/MLRO for a globally established fund services and administration group’s Abu Dhabi entity, you will hold primary responsibility for regulatory compliance, AML/CFT oversight, licensing, and governance — reporting into the Regional Compliance Officer and operating across FSRA, DFSA, and QFCRA regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as CO/MLRO — primary responsibility for regulatory compliance, AML/CFT oversight, licensing, and governance
• Maintain risk management frameworks, risk policies, and procedures for regulated client entities in line with FSRA, DFSA, and QFCRA expectations
• Report into the Regional Compliance Officer — Middle East — managing compliance for the Abu Dhabi regulated entity
• Set, establish, and monitor adherence to processes, policies, and procedures across the regulated entity
• Engage with ADGM FSRA and applicable UAE regulators on compliance and licensing matters
• Draft compliance reports and management information for senior leadership and governance review
• Provide compliance advisory to business functions on regulatory requirements and compliance risk management
• Support AML/CFT programme management — KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and STR obligations

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven VP-level CO/MLRO experience within a regulated fund services, financial services, or asset management entity
• Deep knowledge of FSRA, DFSA, and QFCRA regulatory frameworks for fund services compliance
• Strong AML/CFT programme management and regulatory engagement experience
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and regulatory reporting skills
• CAMS or equivalent compliance qualification required
• Abu Dhabi-based or willing to relocate for this regulatory role
