Job Title: Compliance Analyst (Bahrain)

Job Description: As a Compliance Analyst, you will support the compliance function by conducting monitoring, reviews, and reporting to ensure adherence to local and international regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform transaction monitoring, KYC reviews, and sanctions screening for clients and counterparties.
• Investigate and report suspicious activities, maintaining accurate case documentation.
• Support regulatory filings, internal audits, and compliance training initiatives.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and assist in updating compliance policies and procedures.

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of compliance experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, KYC standards, and sanctions regimes.
• Proficiency in compliance monitoring systems and case management tools.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus; CAMS or similar certification is preferred.
