Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Consultant

Job Description: As a Regulatory Compliance Consultant at a leading consulting firm in Abu Dhabi on a short-term engagement, you will provide expert regulatory compliance advisory to financial services and fintech clients — applying senior-level knowledge of UAE and international financial services regulation to deliver compliance framework assessments, gap analyses, and remediation recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert regulatory compliance advisory to financial services and fintech clients on a short-term consulting engagement
• Conduct compliance framework assessments, regulatory gap analyses, and control effectiveness reviews
• Develop compliance remediation recommendations and implementation plans for client organizations
• Support clients with UAE Central Bank regulatory engagement and supervisory examination preparation
• Produce high-quality regulatory compliance advisory reports and strategic recommendations
• Stay current on UAE and international financial services regulatory developments affecting client compliance programmes
• Collaborate with client Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams on regulatory framework enhancement delivery
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional regulatory compliance advisory

Qualifications Needed:

• Senior regulatory compliance consulting experience within financial services or fintech in the UAE
• Deep knowledge of UAE Central Bank, DFSA, ADGM FSRA, and applicable regulatory frameworks
• Proven track record delivering compliance framework assessments and gap analyses for financial institution clients
• Excellent analytical and written communication for client-facing compliance advisory delivery
• CAMS, ICA, or equivalent compliance qualification required
• Availability for short-term contract engagement in Abu Dhabi
