Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Description: As a Sales Executive for Fintech and AI-Driven Digital Banking at a globally established financial technology and AI company, you will identify and acquire new banking clients, engage with C-level decision-makers, and drive complex fintech and AI-driven digital banking solution sales across GCC markets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new banking clients and engage with C-level decision-makers across GCC markets
• Drive complex fintech and AI-driven digital banking solution sales across GCC financial institutions
• Present AI-powered digital banking solutions — intelligent onboarding, customer analytics, and process automation
• Build and manage a pipeline of GCC banking institution fintech and AI solution clients
• Lead the full enterprise fintech sales cycle from senior C-suite relationship development through commercial close
• Achieve quarterly fintech and AI-driven digital banking revenue and new client acquisition targets
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, and Compliance teams on GCC banking client solution delivery
• Monitor GCC banking, AI, and fintech digital transformation market for strategic sales intelligence

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Sales Executive experience with fintech, AI-driven solutions, or digital banking sales background
• Strong GCC banking institution C-suite engagement and complex fintech solution sales skills
• Deep understanding of AI-powered banking solutions — intelligent onboarding, analytics, and automation
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, and GCC banking C-level stakeholder management for fintech sales
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for GCC banking institution and senior decision-maker engagement
• GCC fintech, AI banking, or digital transformation sales executive experience strongly preferred
