Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Description: The Sales Executive will prospect, engage, and convert small and medium businesses, presenting HALA’s value proposition and closing deals across the Riyadh market.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, qualify, and convert SME merchants to HALA Payments products including POS, payment gateways, and cashier solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct field and telesales activities
• Present HALA’s products to prospective merchants with clear articulation of value and ROI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant clients ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate with onboarding, operations, and customer success teams for smooth merchant activation
• Maintain accurate records of all prospecting, pipeline activity, and client interactions in CRM
• Identify market trends and competitive activity; share feedback to inform product and GTM strategy
• Represent HALA professionally in field visits, merchant meetings, and industry events

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within fintech, payments, POS, or SaaS
• Strong understanding of SME merchant needs and pain points in Saudi Arabia
• Experience with payments industry (POS terminals, payment gateways, or acquiring) preferred
• Target-driven mindset with strong commercial orientation and resilience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English
• Must be based in Riyadh; Saudi national preferred
