Job Title: Sales Manager – Arabic Speaker (FX)

Job Description: The Arabic-speaking Sales Manager will drive business development across new and existing Arabic-speaking markets — acquiring and onboarding new clients for Forex trading services, partnering with Talent Acquisition to recruit top sales talent, and mentoring the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing Arabic-speaking markets
  • Acquire and onboard new clients for Forex trading services with a focus on Arabic-speaking retail and HNI traders
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent for the team
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual targets and build long-term careers in financial services sales
  • Set clear performance expectations and manage sales KPIs across the team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and IB/affiliate partners
  • Represent CPT Markets in MENA market client meetings and industry events

Qualifications Needed:

  • 5+ years of FX/CFD sales experience with proven track record of driving new client acquisition
  • Fluency in Arabic and English — both written and spoken — is mandatory
  • Experience managing or mentoring a sales team within a Forex brokerage environment
  • Deep understanding of the MENA retail trading landscape and Arabic-speaking client preferences
  • Strong commercial mindset with ability to build strategy and execute at the same time
  • Existing network of Arabic-speaking retail and HNI traders is a strong advantage
