Job Title: Data & Payments Analyst – Middle East

Job Description: Support the Compliance and Data & Payments functions at Tether Operations in Abu Dhabi by assisting with operational, administrative, and analytical activities across data management and digital payment workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Compliance and Data & Payments functions with operational, administrative, and analytical activities
• Assist in monitoring and reconciling payment flows and digital asset transactions
• Maintain accurate and timely data records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Generate reports and insights on payment operations for internal stakeholders
• Work closely with compliance teams to ensure data integrity across financial reporting
• Support process improvement initiatives within the payments and compliance functions
• Contribute to ad-hoc analytical projects as directed by the Data & Payments team

Qualifications Needed:

• Background in data analysis, payments operations, or financial compliance
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or digital assets environments preferred
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in data tools
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a regulated environment
• Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and AML/CFT reporting standards preferred
