Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Job Description: The SDR is an early-stage commercial role on Lean’s growing Saudi Revenue team. As the region’s most valuable Open Banking platform, Lean serves 350+ clients including Tabby, Binance, Careem, and Etisalat. The SDR will build pipeline, qualify inbound and outbound opportunities, and work closely with Account Executives to accelerate Lean’s commercial expansion following its landmark SAMA Open Finance license.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, research, and targeted outreach to fintechs, banks, and financial services companies
  • Set appointments and facilitate introductions between prospects and Account Executives
  • Engage with prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person to initiate and advance sales conversations
  • Qualify inbound leads and assess prospect fit against Lean’s ideal customer profile
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM systems and report on activity metrics
  • Support AEs with account research, meeting preparation, and follow-up coordination
  • Represent Lean at industry events, fintech conferences, and networking opportunities in KSA
  • Develop and refine outreach messaging based on performance data and stakeholder feedback

Qualifications Needed:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing commercial role
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, generate leads, and qualify opportunities in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (required)
  • Understanding of fintech, payments, or Open Banking is a strong advantage
  • High energy, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
