Job Title: Relationship Officer

Job Description: As a Relationship Officer for Banking Sales at a technology and financial services company in Abu Dhabi, you will apply outdoor banking sales experience — with a minimum of 1 year of banking experience — to build a strong UAE banking client acquisition pipeline across personal banking, credit cards, and financial products in the Abu Dhabi market.

Responsibilities:

• Apply outdoor banking sales experience with minimum 1 year of banking experience to client acquisition
• Build and maintain a strong client acquisition pipeline across personal banking, credit cards, and financial products
• Conduct direct client outreach through field sales, networking, and referral channel development
• Present banking products and financial solutions to prospective clients across Abu Dhabi market segments
• Process banking applications accurately — ensuring all KYC and documentation requirements are met
• Meet monthly banking sales targets through consistent, compliant commercial activity
• Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE banking regulations and product suitability requirements
• Build and maintain client relationships through professional, transparent banking advisory and follow-up

Qualifications Needed:

• Must be experienced in outdoor banking sales — required
• Minimum 1 year of banking experience — required
• Strong sales, networking, and client relationship-building skills for Abu Dhabi banking market
• Understanding of UAE banking products — credit cards, personal loans, and financial services
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for Abu Dhabi banking client engagement
• UAE-based candidate required for outdoor banking sales mandate in Abu Dhabi
