Job Title: Relationship Executive / Telesales Executive – Banking Products (Innoventure Financing Broker.

Job Description: As a Relationship Executive and Telesales Executive at a leading financial services company of experienced Ex-Bankers in Abu Dhabi, you will contact clients via calling and convince them to take advantage of the products being offered — applying good networking skills and referral generation abilities to build a strong client base for a company committed to delivering exceptional value through high-end financial solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients via calling and convince them to take advantage of banking and financial products being offered
  • Work from office and on the field when required — applying networking skills to generate referrals
  • Apply good networking skills and ability to generate referrals to banking product client acquisition
  • Present banking and financing products compellingly to individual and business clients
  • Process applications accurately — ensuring all KYC and documentation requirements are satisfied
  • Meet monthly sales targets through consistent telesales and field sales commercial activity
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE banking regulations and product suitability requirements
  • Build and maintain client relationships through professional, transparent banking and financial advisory

Qualifications Needed:

  • Good sales and interpersonal skills with positive attitude — required for this telesales and relationship role
  • UAE banking sales experience preferred; freshers and candidates from UAE are welcome to apply
  • Strong networking skills and ability to generate referrals for banking and financial product sales
  • Understanding of UAE banking products and financial services regulatory compliance requirements
  • Arabic language skills strongly preferred for Abu Dhabi banking and financial product client engagement
  • Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 09:30–18:30 Full Time; candidate should be UAE-based
