Job Title: Citigold Relationship Banker (

Job Description: As a Citigold Relationship Banker at a globally leading financial institution in Abu Dhabi, you will be a seasoned professional applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge and contributing to the development of new techniques — delivering personalised financial planning and investment strategies aligned to each Citigold client’s objectives and risk profile.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalised financial planning and investment strategies aligned to each Citigold client’s objectives and risk profile
• Apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge as a seasoned professional — contributing to new techniques and approaches
• Build and manage a portfolio of Citigold high-net-worth clients across Abu Dhabi
• Present investment products, banking solutions, and financial planning strategies to Citigold clients
• Ensure all client interactions comply with UAE banking regulations, KYC/AML requirements, and investment suitability
• Conduct regular client financial reviews — presenting portfolio performance and identifying new solution opportunities
• Develop new Citigold client relationships through referrals, events, and proactive market engagement
• Achieve revenue and AUM targets across Citigold banking and investment products

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant Citigold or priority banking relationship management experience with HNW client portfolio
• In-depth financial planning and investment advisory knowledge for HNW wealth management
• Strong understanding of UAE banking regulations and investment suitability requirements
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills for HNW banking advisory
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for Abu Dhabi Citigold client engagement
• CFA, CFP, or equivalent financial advisory qualification preferred
