Job Title: Regional Head of Operations

Job Description: As Regional Head of Operations for Real Assets covering the Middle East at a globally established fund services and administration group, you will lead the real assets operations function — overseeing fund administration, investor services, and operational delivery for real estate, infrastructure, and private equity fund clients across the MENA region. You will apply senior operational leadership expertise to a globally connected real assets fund services mandate.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the real assets operations function across the Middle East — overseeing fund administration, investor services, and operational delivery
• Manage fund administration operations for real estate, infrastructure, and private equity fund clients across MENA
• Build and lead the regional real assets operations team — setting performance standards and driving operational excellence
• Coordinate with global real assets operations, fund accounting, and client relationship teams on service delivery
• Ensure compliance with FSRA, DFSA, and applicable UAE regulatory requirements for real assets fund administration
• Monitor and report on real assets operations performance metrics for regional and global leadership
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real assets fund manager clients across the MENA region
• Drive real assets operations process improvements and technology adoption for enhanced service delivery

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant senior operations leadership experience in real assets fund services — private equity, real estate, or infrastructure
• Deep expertise in fund administration operations for real assets across MENA regulatory environments
• Proven track record leading regional fund services operations teams for major alternative investment managers
• Excellent client management, stakeholder engagement, and operational leadership skills
• UAE or GCC real assets fund services experience strongly preferred
