Job Title: Infrastructure Operations Manager

Job Description: Our client is hiring an Infrastructure Operations Manager in Dubai to lead and manage the infrastructure and IT operations supporting Revolut’s UAE banking and MENA expansion. The role ensures reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure operations for Revolut’s rapidly growing Dubai-based team and platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage infrastructure and IT operations supporting Revolut’s UAE banking entity and MENA operations
• Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure operations for Revolut’s Dubai-based team and platform
• Manage cloud infrastructure, network operations, and IT service delivery for the UAE office
• Oversee IT vendor management, procurement, and service level agreement compliance
• Implement and maintain security controls, operational resilience, and business continuity procedures
• Coordinate with Revolut’s global Engineering, Security, and Compliance teams on infrastructure requirements
• Ensure infrastructure operations meet CBUAE operational resilience and cybersecurity regulatory requirements
• Lead incident management and response for infrastructure and IT issues affecting UAE operations

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant experience in infrastructure operations management within fintech, banking, or regulated technology environments
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), network operations, and IT service management
• Experience managing IT operations in a CBUAE or comparable regulated financial services environment preferred
• Understanding of operational resilience and cybersecurity requirements for regulated financial institutions
• Excellent leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills
• Relevant infrastructure or IT management certifications (AWS, Azure, ITIL, or equivalent) preferred
