Job Title: Operations & Finance Manager (Fintech / Digital Platforms)

Job Description: As an Operations and Finance Manager for a fintech or digital platforms business, you will be responsible for overseeing both financial operations and general business operations — ensuring accurate financial management, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across a growing fintech company. You will bring significant finance and operations management experience to lead a combined function that bridges financial control and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee both financial operations and general business operations for a fintech or digital platform company
• Manage full-cycle financial operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
• Ensure accurate, timely financial statements and management reporting in compliance with IFRS and applicable standards
• Lead operational management — covering process design, vendor management, and operational efficiency improvement
• Oversee UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance and regulatory financial reporting obligations
• Build and maintain robust internal controls and financial governance frameworks
• Partner with Commercial, Technology, and Product teams on financial performance tracking and operational improvement
• Produce regular financial and operational reports for senior leadership and Board-level review

Qualifications Needed:

• B.Tech/CA/MBA with 10–15 years of experience in similar finance and operations management roles
• Proven track record managing both financial operations and general business operations in a fintech or technology environment
• Strong IFRS knowledge and experience managing full-cycle financial operations and statutory reporting
• UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance experience required
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills for a combined finance and operations mandate
• Relevant professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or MBA Finance equivalent) required
