Job Title: Real Estate Investment & Financial Analyst

Job Description: As a Real Estate Investment and Financial Analyst at a real estate investment technology and crowdfunding platform, you will work with the investment and operations teams — ensuring property onboarding, data accuracy, and financial models are accurate for a platform democratizing real estate investment for retail investors across the UAE and GCC.

Responsibilities:

• Work with investment and operations teams ensuring property onboarding, data accuracy, and financial model integrity
• Conduct financial analysis on real estate investments — property valuation, return modeling, and performance assessment
• Develop and maintain financial models for real estate investment performance and investor reporting
• Analyze real estate market data and trends supporting investment committee and portfolio management decisions
• Produce investment analytics reports and management information for senior investment and operations leadership
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams on property onboarding and investment documentation
• Monitor UAE and GCC real estate investment market developments and regulatory landscape
• Support investor reporting and real estate platform financial performance communication

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Financial Analyst experience with real estate investment, property valuation, and financial modelling expertise
• Strong understanding of real estate investment analysis, return modelling, and financial performance assessment
• Experience ensuring data accuracy and financial model integrity for investment platforms
• Excellent analytical, modelling, and investment communication skills for real estate fintech advisory
• Understanding of UAE real estate market dynamics, investment regulations, and PropTech ecosystem
• CFA or equivalent investment qualification preferred
