Job Title: Product Manager – Payment Operations

Job Description: As a Product Manager for Payment Operations at a fintech company enabling frictionless payment programmes with modern infrastructure, you will drive alignment and execution across multiple business verticals and core platform teams. You will ensure timely delivery of key milestones and manage the operational infrastructure for payment products in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Responsibilities:

• Drive alignment and execution across multiple business verticals and core platform teams
• Ensure timely delivery of key milestones and product initiatives
• Manage operational infrastructure for payment products
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations teams
• Monitor payment product performance and operational metrics
• Drive continuous improvement of payment operations workflows
• Support product strategy and operational planning

Qualifications Needed:

• 4-6+ years in product management within payments, fintech, crypto, or financial services
• Strong product management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Experience in payment operations and transaction processing
• Understanding of fintech operational workflows and payment systems
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with engineering and technology teams on platform development
• GCC or UAE fintech product management experience strongly preferred
