Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Job Description: As a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d), you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise-grade banking software, translating client and market needs into product strategy, requirements, delivery priorities, and measurable commercial outcomes while initially leading one product and a focused team with scope to expand into multiple product lines.

Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy and lifecycle management from discovery and user research through launch and scale
• Translate banking client needs and market insights into clear roadmaps, specifications, and delivery priorities
• Partner closely with engineering teams to guide enterprise software development and release execution
• Engage clients and internal stakeholders to validate requirements, resolve trade-offs, and measure product success
• Manage product processes suited to complex, regulated, and enterprise-grade banking environments
• Drive adoption, market readiness, and commercial performance for assigned banking software products
• Mentor product team members and establish disciplined product management practices
• Build the capability to lead additional teams and product lines as performance and business needs develop

Qualifications Needed:

• More than ten years of professional experience, with the majority gained in fintech product management
• Strong background in payments, banking technology, security, or related financial services software
• Demonstrated ownership of complete product lifecycles from initial concept through market success
• Experience managing process-oriented enterprise products and large or complex delivery programmes
• Excellent communication, stakeholder leadership, mentoring, and team management capability
• Experience with commercial bank or central bank software, or markets such as Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong, or India’s NPCI ecosystem, is valued
