Job Title: Product Designer

Job Description: As a Product Designer, you will transform product concepts into intuitive financial-technology experiences, leading work from research and interaction design through polished interfaces while collaborating with product, engineering, research, creative, and content specialists.

Responsibilities:

• Translate product concepts and customer needs into practical features and user experiences
• Lead design work from early research and problem definition through final interface delivery
• Create interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready interface designs
• Simplify complex actions and financial journeys into clear, intuitive experiences
• Collect, interpret, and incorporate customer and stakeholder feedback into design decisions
• Partner with product managers and engineers throughout discovery, development, and release
• Collaborate with research, creative, and content teams to maintain a coherent product experience
• Present design rationale and represent user and design considerations in cross-functional discussions

Qualifications Needed:

• At least two years of experience designing and delivering product features across digital platforms
• Strong interaction-design and prototyping capability
• Visual-design proficiency covering typography, mobile and desktop interfaces, color, layout, and iconography
• Strategic product thinking with the ability to connect design choices to goals, opportunities, and impact
• A user-centered approach supported by curiosity, empathy, urgency, and effective teamwork
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a relevant related field
