Job Title: Private Markets Sales AVP (Dubai)

Job Description: As an AVP in Private Markets Sales at a globally leading financial institution in Dubai, you will drive private markets sales across alternative assets — covering private equity, private credit, real assets, and hedge funds — for a world-class private banking and investment solutions platform serving institutional and ultra-high-net-worth clients across the Middle East and international markets.

Responsibilities:

• Drive private markets sales across private equity, private credit, real assets, and hedge funds
• Build and manage relationships with institutional and UHNW clients requiring private markets investment exposure
• Present private markets investment solutions — conducting client needs analysis and portfolio allocation advisory
• Coordinate with Private Markets Investment, Product, and Legal teams on client solution structuring and delivery
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence on private markets products and strategies
• Ensure all private markets advisory activities comply with UAE investment regulations and suitability standards
• Produce private markets sales pipeline reporting and revenue tracking for senior commercial leadership
• Monitor global private markets trends and regulatory developments affecting client investment strategies

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven AVP-level private markets sales or distribution experience in a globally established financial institution
• Strong understanding of private markets asset classes — private equity, credit, real assets, and alternatives
• Excellent client-facing communication and investment advisory skills for institutional and UHNW clients
• UAE investment regulatory compliance expertise including suitability and risk disclosure requirements
• CFA or CAIA qualification preferred for private markets investment advisory
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE and GCC institutional and UHNW client engagement
