Job Title: Personal Loan & Banking Sales Executive

Job Description: As a Personal Loan and Banking Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales of personal loan and banking products — applying a minimum of 1–2 years of UAE experience in personal loans, banking sales, or financial services to achieve and exceed agreed core product sales targets and build a new customer base for a UAE financial brokerage company.

Responsibilities:

• Generate sales of personal loan and banking products — achieving agreed core product sales targets to build a new customer base
• Apply minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience in personal loans, banking sales, or financial services
• Approach prospective clients through direct outreach, referral networks, and field sales activities
• Present personal loan products and banking financial solutions to individual clients across UAE market segments
• Process personal loan applications accurately — ensuring all KYC and documentation requirements are met
• Build and maintain client relationships through professional advisory and responsive follow-up
• Meet monthly personal loan and banking product acquisition targets through consistent commercial activity
• Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations and product suitability requirements during all sales activities

Qualifications Needed:

• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience in personal loans, banking sales, or financial services — required
• Strong sales, networking, and client relationship skills for UAE personal banking and loan product sales
• Understanding of UAE banking regulatory compliance for personal loan and banking product sales
• Target-driven approach with genuine passion for financial products and client service
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE personal banking and loan client engagement
• UAE-based candidate required — only UAE-based candidates currently available considered
