Job Title: Bank Specialist – Corporate Account Opening

Job Description: As a Bank Specialist managing corporate bank account opening processes, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end corporate bank account opening and ensuring full compliance with UAE banking regulations — coordinating with UAE banks, following up on applications, and managing all documentation requirements for a business group requiring specialist corporate banking account management expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end corporate bank account opening processes with full compliance with UAE banking regulations
• Coordinate with UAE banks and follow up on corporate account opening applications and documentation requirements
• Prepare and review all KYC documentation, corporate structure documents, and signatory authorizations for bank submissions
• Monitor application progress and resolve documentation gaps with banking partners and internal legal teams
• Maintain accurate corporate banking account records for audit and regulatory compliance review
• Ensure all corporate banking documentation meets UAE Central Bank standards and bank-specific requirements
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams on corporate banking account requirements and compliance
• Produce banking account status reports and management information for senior leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Bank Specialist or senior banking operations experience with corporate account opening expertise
• Deep understanding of UAE banking KYC requirements and corporate account documentation standards
• Experience managing end-to-end corporate bank account opening with UAE Central Bank compliance
• Strong organizational and documentation management skills for multi-entity corporate banking administration
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE bank and regulatory engagement
• UAE banking or financial services compliance experience strongly preferred
