Job Title: AVP – Personal Loan Sales

Job Description: As an Assistant Vice President in Personal Loan Sales at the UAE’s largest bank and one of the world’s largest and safest financial institutions, you will apply in-depth knowledge of personal loan products, services, and market trends in the UAE — particularly in Abu Dhabi — to drive personal loan sales, achieve team targets, and manage the full personal loan sales cycle with fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities:

• Drive personal loan sales and achieve team targets as AVP Personal Loan Sales at the UAE’s largest bank
• Apply in-depth knowledge of personal loan products, services, and market trends in the UAE — particularly in Abu Dhabi
• Promote and sell personal loan products to prospective and existing clients in Abu Dhabi
• Lead and guide a small team of loan sales officers and relationship executives
• Manage the full personal loan sales cycle from prospecting through disbursement and portfolio management
• Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations and personal loan product suitability requirements
• Meet monthly and annual KPIs for personal loan volume, disbursement, and portfolio quality
• Build and maintain strong Abu Dhabi client relationships through professional banking advisory

Qualifications Needed:

• In-depth knowledge of personal loan products, services, and market trends in the UAE — particularly in Abu Dhabi — required
• Fluency in English and Arabic — both required for Abu Dhabi personal loan client engagement
• Proven AVP-level personal loan sales leadership experience within a major UAE bank
• Strong team leadership and sales performance management skills
• UAE banking regulatory compliance knowledge for personal loan product sales
• Abu Dhabi market network and experience strongly preferred
