Job Title: Personal Loans Specialist – Banking Sales

Job Description: As a Personal Loans Specialist at a UAE banking sales organization in Dubai, you will ensure compliance with bank policies, promote and sell personal banking loan products, and identify and acquire new customers — applying genuine sales drive and a passion for client-facing banking advisory to achieve and exceed monthly personal loan acquisition targets.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, promote and sell banking products, identify and acquire new customers
• Apply genuine sales drive to personal loan product promotion and client acquisition across UAE markets
• Build and maintain a strong personal loan client acquisition pipeline through field sales, calls, and referrals
• Present personal loan products and financial solutions to prospective UAE clients with professional advisory
• Process personal loan applications accurately — ensuring all KYC documentation requirements are met
• Meet monthly personal loan acquisition targets through consistent, compliant commercial activity
• Ensure all activities comply with UAE banking regulations and personal loan product suitability standards
• Build and maintain client relationships through professional, transparent personal loan banking advisory

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE banking sales experience preferred — candidates with UAE banking sales experience and passion for sales encouraged
• Strong sales, networking, and client relationship-building skills for UAE personal loan product acquisition
• Understanding of UAE banking products, personal loan regulatory compliance, and documentation standards
• Target-driven approach with genuine passion for banking sales and personal financial solutions advisory
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE banking client engagement
• UAE-based candidate required for field-based personal loan sales mandate
