Job Title: Personal Banking Advisor

Job Description: As a Personal Banking Advisor at a market-leading UAE banking institution, you will offer customers financial products and services — providing consistently excellent banking service, educating clients about financial products, and identifying cross-selling opportunities to improve customer profitability and loyalty across a broad range of personal banking, investment, and digital banking channels.

Responsibilities:

• Offer customers financial products and services — maintaining up-to-date knowledge of personal banking products
• Provide consistently excellent service to all customers for their banking needs through professional advisory
• Educate customers about banking products and services to meet their financial needs and improve loyalty
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across deposits, credit, investments, and digital banking products
• Ensure compliance with all banking and regulatory guidelines during the sales and service process
• Meet monthly and annual KPI objectives across portfolio growth, revenue, and cross-sell targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive banking advisory and responsive service
• Refer complex client needs to specialist banking teams — private banking, Islamic banking, and investment services

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE National preferred — banking experience or fresh graduates with strong communication skills considered
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant banking experience in customer service or sales roles preferred
• Strong client-facing communication, relationship-building, and banking product knowledge
• Target-driven approach with genuine commitment to customer profitability and loyalty improvement
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills for UAE retail banking client engagement
• Understanding of UAE banking regulations, products, and digital banking channels
