Job Title: Insurance Advisor – Automotive Finance

Job Description: As an Insurance Advisor at a globally established used car marketplace, you will collect customer financial documents post-booking and submit cases to bankers — verifying accuracy of submitted documents before banker processing, and coordinating with insurance providers for seamless automotive financing and insurance advisory for UAE car buyers.

Responsibilities:

• Collect customer financial documents post-booking and submit cases to bankers accurately and on time
• Verify accuracy of submitted documents before banker processing — ensuring complete, compliant submissions
• Coordinate with insurance providers for seamless automotive financing and insurance product advisory
• Present insurance products to UAE car buyers — providing transparent, needs-based insurance advisory
• Liaise with bankers, finance teams, and vehicle registration departments on customer case management
• Ensure all insurance advisory activities comply with UAE insurance regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional, responsive insurance and finance advisory
• Produce daily case management reports and activity tracking for senior operations review

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven insurance advisory or automotive finance documentation experience in UAE market
• Strong document verification, case submission, and banking coordination skills
• Understanding of UAE automotive insurance products and financing documentation requirements
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills for car buyer insurance advisory
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE automotive and insurance client engagement
• UAE-based candidate required for this document management and insurance advisory mandate
