Job Title: Partnership Manager – Payments

Job Description: Hiring a Partnership Manager for Payments in Internet City, Dubai. The role builds and manages strategic payment partnerships — leveraging PayPal’s proprietary payment solutions, digital wallets, and PSP ecosystem capabilities to enable merchants and consumers to transact globally. PayPal provides proprietary payment solutions accepted by merchants enabling digital commerce globally.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage strategic payment partnerships across the MENA region for PayPal’s payments ecosystem
• Provide a deep understanding of payment processing, digital wallets, and PSP ecosystems to drive partnership value
• Develop and execute partnership strategies that expand PayPal’s merchant acceptance and consumer reach across the UAE and MENA
• Negotiate and manage commercial partnership agreements with banks, PSPs, and financial services partners
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Compliance, and Commercial on partnership integration and execution
• Monitor partner performance metrics and drive improvement actions to maximize partnership commercial outcomes
• Track emerging payment models and fintech innovations across the MENA region to identify new partnership opportunities
• Represent PayPal at MENA payment, fintech, and financial services industry events and forums

Qualifications Needed:

• Strong understanding of payment processing, digital wallets, and PSP ecosystems — required
• Proven partnership management or business development experience in payments, fintech, or financial services
• Experience building and managing commercial partnerships with banks, PSPs, and financial services partners in MENA
• Track record of driving partnership revenue and commercial outcomes through payment ecosystem partnerships
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder communication skills
• Familiarity with UAE and MENA payment regulations and digital commerce landscape preferred
