Job Title: Partnership Manager – Identity Verification / Compliance Solutions

Job Description: Seeking a Partnership Manager in Dubai. The role builds and scales partnerships from the ground up within the SaaS space, requiring 5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel sales within SaaS and a proven track record of scaling partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Build and scale Sumsub’s partnership network from the ground up across the UAE and MENA region
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners including system integrators, consultancies, and technology resellers
• Develop and manage channel partner relationships that drive pipeline and revenue growth for Sumsub’s identity verification and compliance solutions
• Drive business development efforts for identity verification and compliance solutions across regulated industries including fintech, crypto, and banking
• Partner with Sumsub’s global Sales, Product, and Marketing teams on partner enablement and go-to-market execution
• Develop partner incentive programmes, commercial frameworks, and enablement materials
• Monitor partner pipeline and performance, producing regular reports and driving improvement actions
• Represent Sumsub at UAE and MENA fintech, crypto, and compliance technology events

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel sales within SaaS
• Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships from the ground up
• Experience in identity verification, compliance technology, fintech, or regulated financial services industries preferred
• Strong commercial and relationship-building skills with ability to develop and close partner agreements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of the MENA fintech and compliance technology landscape preferred
