Job Title: Fintech Partnerships Executive

Job Description: Our Client is hiring a Fintech Partnerships Executive for Finanshels in Dubai to drive VAS (Value-Added Services) revenue and vendor partnerships. The role requires experience working in fintech, SaaS, banking, or financial services and involves close coordination with internal sales, operations, finance, and product teams to grow and manage the partnerships portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Drive growth of VAS revenue stream by identifying and managing fintech vendor and technology partnerships
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new fintech and technology partners aligned with business objectives
• Coordinate with internal teams including sales, operations, finance, and product
• Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements with new and existing partners
• Monitor partnership performance and identify revenue expansion opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of partner pipeline, engagement activity, and revenue contributions
• Stay current on fintech ecosystem developments and identify new partnership opportunities
• Support go-to-market initiatives tied to vendor and technology partnerships

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience working in fintech, SaaS, banking, or financial services
• Startup or high-growth company experience is preferred
• Proven experience in partnerships, vendor management, or commercial roles
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively across sales, operations, finance, and product teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM and partnership management tools
