Job Title: Open Banking Product Manager

Job Description: As an Open Banking Product Manager at a UAE fintech organization, you will own the open banking and API connectivity product roadmap — driving product strategy, regulatory compliance, and commercial adoption for a UAE fintech at the forefront of open banking and financial data connectivity innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Own the open banking and API connectivity product roadmap driving strategy, compliance, and adoption
• Define and execute open banking product strategy aligned with CBUAE open banking regulatory framework
• Lead cross-functional open banking delivery — Engineering, Compliance, Commercial, and Banking Partners
• Conduct product discovery — bank API integration research, customer use cases, and regulatory mapping
• Write open banking product specifications and API integration requirements for engineering delivery
• Coordinate with UAE banking partners on open banking API integration and certification programmes
• Define open banking product success metrics and track adoption through analytics and customer feedback
• Monitor UAE and global open banking regulatory and technology developments for product strategy

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Product Manager experience with open banking, API connectivity, or financial data products
• Minimum 5 years of product management in fintech, banking technology, or open banking — required
• Strong open banking product roadmap ownership, API integration knowledge, and regulatory compliance skills
• Deep understanding of CBUAE open banking framework and UAE banking API connectivity standards
• Excellent product specification writing and senior stakeholder management for open banking mandate
• GCC or global open banking or API-first fintech product management experience strongly preferred
