Job Title: Product Manager – New Ventures

Job Description: Our Company is hiring a Product Manager for New Ventures in Dubai. The role requires a strong understanding of Agile product management and experience taking a venture or product from zero to one, focusing on fintech and payment-adjacent product innovation.

Responsibilities:*

• Own product strategy and execution for New Ventures — taking fintech and payment-adjacent products from zero to one
• Apply empowered product team practices with strong Agile product management across new venture initiatives
• Conduct product discovery, user research, and market analysis to validate new venture concepts and opportunities
• Define product vision, OKRs, and roadmap for new fintech-adjacent ventures within talabat’s ecosystem
• Work with Engineering, Design, and Business teams to build and launch new product ventures iteratively
• Measure and learn from product experiments — using data to make rapid, validated product decisions
• Collaborate with talabat’s Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams on venture business model design
• Communicate venture progress, learnings, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• Strong understanding of Agile product management and empowered product team operating model
• Proven experience taking a venture or product from zero to one — 0-to-1 product experience required
• Experience in fintech, payments, or tech platform product roles preferred
• Excellent product discovery, user research, and hypothesis-driven product development skills
• Data-driven approach to product decision-making and MVP experimentation
• Strong communication skills for venture concept presentation and stakeholder alignment
