Job Title: Off-Cycle Internship

Job Description: As an Off-Cycle Intern in Global Banking at a globally established Swiss investment bank in Dubai, you will have the opportunity to analyze market data, manage client transactions, and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges — gaining deep exposure to global banking operations across investment banking, capital markets, and client advisory functions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze market data, manage client transactions, and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges
• Support senior Global Banking professionals on investment banking, capital markets, and transaction advisory mandates
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation modelling, and sector research for Global Banking client coverage
• Prepare pitch books, transaction documentation, and client presentations under senior guidance
• Coordinate with product teams across M&A, ECM, DCM, and leveraged finance on client solution development
• Develop deep exposure to global banking operations through direct involvement in live transactions
• Complete structured Off-Cycle programme training and professional development activities
• Build a professional network within a globally established Swiss investment banking institution

Qualifications Needed:

• Penultimate or final year student available for off-cycle internship commitment in Dubai
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and research skills for Global Banking internship
• Genuine interest in investment banking, capital markets, and global financial transactions
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills appropriate for a demanding banking environment
• Arabic language skills preferred for MENA client market engagement
