Job Title: Compliance Intern

Job Description: As a Compliance Intern at a globally established French multinational banking and financial services institution’s DIFC office, you will support the Compliance function while gaining a broad, hands-on understanding of the various transversal compliance domains — contributing to compliance monitoring, regulatory research, and compliance framework support activities across a globally regulated bank’s UAE operations.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Compliance function while gaining broad, hands-on understanding of transversal compliance domains
• Contribute to compliance monitoring, regulatory research, and compliance framework support activities
• Assist with drafting compliance reports, regulatory analysis, and compliance documentation
• Support KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance activities under senior compliance guidance
• Conduct research on UAE and international compliance regulatory developments affecting the bank’s DIFC operations
• Participate in compliance awareness and training activities across the DIFC banking team
• Produce structured compliance analytical outputs and research materials for senior compliance review
• Build foundational compliance knowledge across multiple regulatory domains through structured internship exposure

Qualifications Needed:

• Currently enrolled student or recent graduate with genuine interest in banking compliance, risk, and regulatory affairs
• Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills for compliance documentation and regulatory analysis
• Understanding of banking compliance fundamentals — AML, KYC, regulatory reporting, and governance
• Excellent collaborative and learning-oriented approach appropriate for a globally established banking compliance function
• Arabic and English communication skills preferred for UAE and DIFC compliance engagement
