Job Description: As an enthusiastic UAE National fresher joining Dubai Islamic Bank’s graduate programme, you will step into a structured career development pathway at one of the UAE’s most established and globally recognized Islamic banks — building Islamic banking knowledge, relationship management skills, and professional expertise from the ground up through a dedicated Emirati talent development programme.

Responsibilities:

• Step into a structured career development pathway at one of the UAE’s most established Islamic banks
• Build Islamic banking knowledge, relationship management skills, and professional expertise from day one
• Rotate across Islamic banking business areas — retail banking, corporate banking, compliance, and operations
• Participate in DIB graduate programme training, development milestones, and mentoring activities
• Contribute meaningfully to Islamic banking projects and client service from the early stages of the programme
• Apply genuine enthusiasm and fresh perspective to Islamic finance, customer service, and banking operations
• Develop as a future Islamic banking leader through structured UAE National talent development pathways
• Build a professional network within one of the UAE’s most recognized Islamic banking institutions

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE National (Emirati) fresher — seeking enthusiastic UAE National freshers to join DIB
• Recently graduated or final year student with genuine interest in Islamic banking and finance
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills for Islamic banking graduate programme
• Genuine enthusiasm for Islamic banking principles, financial services, and UAE economic development
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills — essential for UAE National Islamic banking engagement
• Ambition to build a long-term career in Islamic banking at one of the UAE’s most prestigious institutions
