Job Title: Off-Cycle Internship

Job Description: As a 2026 Off-Cycle Intern in Global Corporate Banking covering Large-Cap clients at a globally leading financial institution, you will have the opportunity to analyze market data, manage client transactions, and come up with innovative solutions to complex business challenges — gaining deep exposure to large-cap corporate banking client coverage, transaction execution, and relationship management across MENA and global markets.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze market data, manage client transactions, and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges for large-cap corporate clients
• Support senior Global Corporate Bankers on large-cap client coverage, deal origination, and transaction execution
• Conduct financial analysis, credit assessment, and sector research for large-cap corporate banking mandates
• Prepare transaction documentation, credit analysis, and client presentations under senior banker guidance
• Gain exposure to lending, trade finance, cash management, and capital markets solutions for large-cap clients
• Develop foundational large-cap corporate banking skills through structured off-cycle programme participation
• Build a professional network within one of the world’s leading investment banking institutions
• Complete structured 2026 Off-Cycle programme training and development activities

Qualifications Needed:

• Penultimate or final year student available for the 2026 Off-Cycle Internship period
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and research skills for large-cap corporate banking internship
• Genuine interest in global corporate banking, investment banking, and large-cap client advisory
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills appropriate for a high-performance banking environment
• Arabic language skills preferred for MENA corporate client engagement
