Job Title: Manager – Service Operations

Job Description: Seeking a Manager of Service Operations in Dubai. The role requires hands-on experience working directly with card processing platforms, payroll/WPS systems, and formal banking/fintech operational workflows, overseeing service delivery and operations management across financial technology client services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee service operations across GSSTech Group’s card processing, payroll/WPS, and banking/fintech operational workflows
  • Ensure high service quality and SLA compliance across all client-facing fintech operational services
  • Lead and develop the service operations team — setting performance expectations and driving capability development
  • Manage incident resolution and escalation processes for card processing and payment operations issues
  • Work with card processing platforms, payroll/WPS systems, and banking/fintech infrastructure to drive operational excellence
  • Partner with Product, Technology, and Compliance teams on operational improvement and systems enhancement
  • Monitor service operations KPIs and produce regular performance reports for management
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and service delivery documentation

Qualifications Needed:

  • Hands-on experience working directly with card processing platforms, payroll/WPS systems, and formal banking/fintech operational workflows — required
  • Proven operations management experience within a fintech, payments, or banking technology services firm
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to develop a service operations team
  • Understanding of UAE banking, card processing, and WPS/payroll regulatory requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for operational issue resolution
  • Strong communication skills for client-facing service management and internal stakeholder engagement
