Job Title: Legal Associate – Crypto Expert

Job Description: Support legal and regulatory aspects of digital assets and crypto trading operations at a fintech company

Responsibilities:

• Review and support the legal structuring of crypto trading features
• Draft, review, and maintain user-facing legal documentation
• Assist in the preparation and review of regulatory submissions, policies, and legal memoranda related to virtual asset activities
• Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory stakeholders regarding UAE and international crypto regulatory frameworks
• Monitor and interpret evolving laws applicable to Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs)
• Support legal review of new products, features, partnerships, and operational initiatives involving digital assets

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); an LLM is an advantage
• 3–5 years of legal experience within fintech, financial services, capital markets, or digital assets environments
• Demonstrable exposure to crypto trading models, digital asset products, or VASP-related activities
• Strong familiarity with UAE regulatory frameworks applicable to virtual assets
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
