Job Title: Junior Software Developer

Job Description: Our Client is hiring a Junior Software Developer for UAE Nationals (Emirati Talent) in Dubai. The role offers exposure to real-world banking and analytics use cases, with opportunities to grow into advanced areas, targeting candidates with interest in fintech, banking, or analytics.

Responsibilities:*

• Develop software features and applications supporting CNS Middle East’s banking and analytics platforms
• Work with senior developers to build real-world fintech and banking software solutions
• Gain practical exposure to banking and analytics use cases through hands-on development work
• Write clean, documented code under the guidance of senior engineers and technical leads
• Participate in testing, debugging, and code review processes
• Contribute to development documentation and technical knowledge sharing
• Grow into advanced development areas including data analytics, API development, and system integration
• Stay current on fintech, banking software, and development technologies relevant to the UAE market

Qualifications Needed:

• Interest in fintech, banking, or analytics with a genuine desire to build a career in software development
• UAE National (Emirati) required for this Emirati Talent programme position
• Relevant degree or educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Basic programming skills with willingness to learn and grow in a professional development environment
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude for team-based development work
• Enthusiasm for technology and the UAE fintech and banking sector
